Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of ReputationRadar at reputationradar.chakrakali.com.
Effective date: 5 July 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using ReputationRadar at reputationradar.chakrakali.com (the "Service"), operated by Chakra ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The Service
ReputationRadar provides competitor intelligence, SEO, pricing intelligence and reputation monitoring in one platform. Interactive examples and sample reports are available freely, without an account. Paid plans provide monitoring, alerts and reporting for your own business. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service to harass or deceive; (e) resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.
5. Your content & AI output
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the generated output for your Input ("Output"). AI-generated Output and automated intelligence may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to operate and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Chakra and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks or software except the limited right to use the Service.
7. Subscriptions & credits
Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at checkout and in the Payment & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Prices may change prospectively; we will give reasonable notice of increases.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processing and the public data sources it monitors). Their terms govern your use of those services and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAKRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Chakra harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at reputationradar.chakrakali.com with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chakra is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
