Effective date: 5 July 2026

This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. It is a general template that may be updated as the Service evolves.

1. Respect for intellectual property

Chakra respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of ReputationRadar at reputationradar.chakrakali.com to do the same. Do not submit or generate content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

2. Ownership of the Service

The Service — its software, UI, design system, text, graphics, and logos — is © 2026 Chakra. All rights reserved except the limited license to use the Service granted in the Terms of Service. Our names and logos are trademarks of Chakra; you may not use them without permission.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain rights in the inputs you submit. Ownership and use of generated output are described in the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any material you submit.

4. Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its URL on the Service; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at reputationradar.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
