What ReputationRadar collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Chakra ("we", "us") operates ReputationRadar at reputationradar.chakrakali.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign in. Input & Output: the businesses, competitors and keywords you ask us to monitor, and the reports generated. Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we store limited records (plan, status, last-4), not full card numbers. Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via logs and privacy-respecting analytics. Communications: messages you send us and newsletter opt-in status.
3. How we use information
To provide and operate the Service; authenticate you; process payments and credits; generate and deliver reports; secure the Service and prevent abuse; comply with law; and, where you opted in, send the Chakra newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data processing
Your Input is processed to generate reports and to operate the Service. The Service monitors publicly available information (such as competitor pages and public reviews) on your behalf. Where we use Input to improve features, we do so consistent with this policy and applicable law.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), consent (e.g., newsletter), and legal obligation.
6. Sharing
We share data with service providers (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We may share aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.
7. Retention
We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent or opt out of marketing. Exercise these at [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for authentication and preferences, and limited analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the local age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at reputationradar.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
